Timothy has nearly a decade of experience in both the IT and hospitality industries. Having worked as a front desk manager, he has a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by both staff and guests. Timothy also brings extensive experience as a field engineer, where he gained hands-on expertise in networking deployment and support. His broad skill set enables him to address issues quickly and accurately while maintaining exceptional customer service.

At Parity, Timothy has progressed through the call center team and now leads the IT support department. He is also an IHG-certified network engineer. Timothy’s extensive experience and technical knowledge make him a respected leader and an integral member of the team.
